This stuff works so well, it should come with a disclaimer and require a signature of consent before customers purchase it. All I can say is you better invest in a family pack of some high-quality toilet paper before you start taking this. Seriously, you are not ready for what is about to come out of you... The first 24 hours are the worst... DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, chance any farts in public for ANY reason, I don't care how bad your stomach is growling. You will **** your pants. Absolutely do not plan on going out on any dates until you have finished your cleansing cycle, there will be no second date. Also, if you choose to look at what you have created after you have expelled what has been sitting in your body for so long, you will have nightmares. Just flush and rush, do not investigate. But yeah, it works. You'll drop a few pounds and feel way leaner.

My mom passed from colon disease... & all her waste built up in her stomach even in the hospital 2 times she couldnt **** AT ALL. She passed away exactly 1 yr ago from having to go into emergency surgery for her colon but she was no longer strong enough to fight any lomger.. I have a sensitive stomach, so this was too much for me. I used it for 3 days and by the end of day 3, I was going #2 every 15minutes or so. It was waking me up at night and I really couldn't function throughout the day. Despite my drinking tons of water, I was super dehydrated and lethargic. It took me two days to bounce back. I would recommend this product as a supplemental laxative if you have guts of steel. The product did what it advertised, but was just too strong for me.

I was 6 days into this and had been considering asking if they made anything stronger as I has only seen minimal results. Let me tell you, this in some cases (like mine) it takes a while to correct your gut enough to see the effects. Before you start this you need. 1. Flushable wipes with aloe. 2. I used this after having an imbalance in my gut after taking antibiotics and getting indigestion. I was having issues having consistent bowel movements. My brother recommended this to me after I kept complaining to him how bloated I was and due to the bloat, I often wouldn't feel hungry. I am so glad I used this as it did get the job (s***) done, literally. Looking at the other reviews, I have to say that I didn't experience as constant bowel movements at least in the beginning as some of the other customers. Then again, I was having trouble going and was lucky if I would go 1 time every 3-5 days. I would definitely recommend this product!

This stuff is great I was having a problem with upper stomach distention and always feeling gassy. I take probiotics regularly with little relief of those symptoms. This product really helped but it did take three months to see the results. My stomach is flatter than it’s been in ten years and I’m less gassy but it will make you **** more and it gave me additional gas while I was on the product. Small price to pay

Works well- I recommend starting a probiotic after the 15 day “refresh”. Definitely does what it says it will. I have been taking probiotics for over a year now but just was sick still, all the time. I did the 15 day refresh and started on probiotics after that. No tummy troubles and it has been a few months now. Highly recommend.

Not nearly as effective as I was hoping, but I did have ridiculous expectations. I wanted 28 years of bad eating habits undone in 2 weeks. It doesn't. It does clear your system more than 2(4 for me) times the "normal" rate, which is still very helpful. I am buying ZuPoo again.

I didn't see much difference at first. But I realized I was having easiness while dumping. I usually have had bad gut problem since I was kid. I never had good bowl sessions. I always had to go back to clear up. Just a very annoying problem I have and never really bothered to work on it. Once I started IF, it did a significant change on my gut health. Still I have had issues with my gut even with good healthy food I was taking in. Just after the launch of the product, I bought 2 bottles and since then I feel good with my bowl sessions and feel cleared out everytime. It is the best feeling for me since I hardly have such good sessions. I hope there is other ways to eliminate this problem without any supplements. But I give a 5 for this product, since it does what it tells. I have been off of it for few days and I can see the difference of not having it.
